Last day this girl(i supose is a girl for the name) _^sakura^_ joined, and said she dont got to make donation cus she were an old WOC member when she was lv7, but idk is that is true, just to let ya know. Idk if its true , or if its a special case, any way just ma humble opinion and point of view, as tittle said rules r rules.

well if she rejoined legion then she needs to be kicked out again... coz she/he is banned from legion.
